I work in a paper plant and do 12hr shifts. Wearing boots all day was really staring to get painful. I’m glad I came across these because now when I get home from work my feet are not in pain like they used to before.I have been wearing my new POLCustom-Fit orthotics for three weeks now. My feet have never felt so good! Most of my foot pain has gone away.I have plantar fasciitis in my left foot and plantar calluses on my right foot because of a deformity on my right foot. Before using the POLCustom-Fit orthotics my feet hurt constantly. I had low energy, back pain, and I had stopped doing many of the things I enjoyed because it was just too painful.These orthotics must have custom molded 100% to my feet. All I had to do was apply a small amount of water through the holes on the bottom. The water activated the orthotics and transformed them from flexible to a rigid orthotic shell in just 15 minutes. Surprisingly, the rigid shells don’t collapse under me... and I weigh well over 190lbs! My left foot has a high arch while my right foot is completely flat because all five metatarsals were broken in a car accident 20 years ago. Th POLCustom-Fit orthotics are actually different shapes on the left and right after being activated because my feet are different. It’s amazing to see that the right orthotic fits my deformed foot like a glove.I strongly recommend POLCustom-Fit orthotics to anyone with foot pain.I purchased this product as I was looking for genuine custom fit orthotics without having to purchase these through my podiatrist for $300 plus. These are a fraction of the cost.I have tried several so called custom fit orthotics over the years, but none of them are truly custom fit, but simply really just a variation of providing arch support depending on the size ordered.This product has turned out to be 100% custom fit. The method is ingenious, and by following the instructions to activate the process of forming to your foot shape and contour, in 15 to 20 minutes total, you have orthotics that are formed and shaped exactly to your foot. 100%! Almost hard to believe, but I did it, and it's true.I couldn't have wished for anything better. The quality of the product is excellent.There is absolutely nothing I can say in a negative way, as they have proven to be really better than I could have imagined.I never write reviews but honestly this product has changed my thoughts. These inserts fit in all my shoes. I’ve worn them in boots and running shoes. I had a flat feet and I felt pain after working. My job required to wear boots due to safety. My feet hurt so bad after going home. I was expecting more arch support and the product changed my life. These inserts not only helped the problem but they completely fixed all the pain in my knees. I don’t feel pain anymore, and my feet are still happy after eight hours of working. These will be a new standard for any shoes I buy in the future. If I could give more stars I would!Great support for the money. Would have to pay $100s of to match them.I absolutely love my new Orthotics. I have a very high arch and often suffer from back and foot pain. The moment I put these on I felt relief in my lower back and my feet have not hurt at all. These are amazing and I will use them always.Needed something that would help forefoot issues and stabilize rear foot. Didn’t meet my needs.I am disappointed, these orthotics are no different than the $25 dollar ones, I was hoping for better, a waste of $90, I’ve already activated them so I can not return. Did not help with pain whatsoever.
